Challenges
The gap between the demands of builders and the technical capabilities of contractors is widening. We see it as a major challenge to reduce or close this gap. We bring the client's requirements down to a feasible level and promote the possibilities of contractors with appropriate organization, good team spirit, and common sense in accordance with the rules of architecture. We can only be successful as a team in constructive dialogue with the client, specialist planners, contractors, and craftsmen.
