A tiny restaurant with a big heart: A guest at Solothurn's smallest restaurant
Restaurants are a dime a dozen. But with Mediterranean delicacies a shimmering mother-of-pearl shell has washed up on the banks of the Aare, which with its four tables is an insider's tip with a difference. Spicy herbs, juicy citrus fruits and tasty wine - thanks to the unmistakable aroma and creative decorations, the soul is caressed by sun and sea as soon as you step inside. Having almost outgrown the catering service, the restaurant is now always fully booked several weeks in advance. This is not only due to the Mediterranean way of life that is exuded here, but of course also to Sonja Guzzanti's own creations. Smoked buffalo mozzarella on spinach sugo, sweet and sour crayfish tails or beef fillet with green asparagus and pink pepper - the menu selection is just as unique as the restaurant itself and is guaranteed not to come from a cookbook.
