But with its Mediterranean delicacies , a shimmering mother-of-pearl shell has washed up on the banks of the Aare, and with its four tables, it is an insider tip that is well worth a visit. Spicy herbs, juicy citrus fruits, and hearty wine—thanks to the unmistakable aroma and creative decorations, your soul will be caressed by the sun and sea as soon as you step inside. Having almost outgrown its catering service, the restaurant is now booked up several weeks in advance. This is not only due to the Mediterranean lifestyle that exudes here, but also, of course, to Sonja Guzzanti's own creations. Smoked buffalo mozzarella on spinach sugo, sweet and sour crab tails, or beef fillet with green asparagus and pink pepper—the menu selection is as unique as the restaurant itself and is guaranteed not to come from any cookbook.
