After 30 years as an employee in numerous restaurants (including La Perla in Lucerne), Roberto Zanobini decided to start his own business in 2004. After exploring numerous different establishments, he chose Ristorante Prisma, which had filed for bankruptcy a year earlier. The reopened restaurant quickly became known throughout the industrial district for its excellent food and uncomplicated service, and slowly gained momentum. When his wife Antonia joined the business full-time in 2008, after previously working part-time in another job, Prisma became the hotspot of the entire district. In addition to business people, families with children, married couples with dogs, etc. also enjoyed the cozy Italian atmosphere. Today, we are proud to say that we have both business people and families as regular guests.
We would be delighted if you too could find your way to us and allow us to inspire you with our natural manner and excellent food.
