The fascination of the clarinet

The clarinet has 18 keys, 6 ring keys, and a total of 22 tone holes that must be controlled with 10 fingers. The range of the clarinet is greater than that of other woodwind instruments. In terms of sound and technique, it is one of the most versatile and agile instruments of all.

Especially for adults

As a teacher, I specialize in the needs of adult students—even those who have never played an instrument before. My music school is very flexible and the goals are tailored to individual wishes. You can expect a pleasant classroom and a relaxed atmosphere—everything is ready, so come on in.

In this course, you will be introduced to the world of improvisation step by step. "Learning by doing," so to speak. However, it is by no means a substitute for individual training in private lessons.

We usually meet once a month on predefined dates and approach targeted improvisation step by step using specially selected and suitable jazz standards.

The 90-minute improv jam is open to beginners and advanced wind players and can be booked individually.
