Puccidatu

Puccidatu, formerly known as Paninando, is a street food venture by Ylenia and Luigi dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Puglia and Salento to Ticino. As the first of its kind in the region, they serve traditional specialties including Pucce Salentine, Panzerotti (fried calzone), Pittule, and Pasticciotti. Operating as a food truck with a welcoming seating area, Puccidatu prides itself on homemade preparations using high-quality ingredients. They also provide catering services for private and corporate events, bringing their 'kitchen on wheels' directly to clients.
