Cooked hams, Vaudois pâtés, dry sausages, terrines, cabbage sausages, pork and fennel sausages are produced directly on site by us to guarantee the best freshness.
We also offer homemade dishes such as choucroute garnie and delicious seasonal dishes. The Boucherie des Tilleuls is also renowned for its stews, roast chicken, hot rissoles, and pâtés for your lunches and dinners.
Finally, we work in collaboration with renowned establishments: "L'Armoire à Brume" and "Maison Lehner," from which we offer smoked and fresh salmon as well as fresh, top-quality plaice and perch fillets from the lake (upon order).
