Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method)                        

 

Drainage is a massage technique designed to stimulate lymph circulation and detoxify the body while strengthening the immune system. Thanks to the pulsating contractions of the muscles and blood vessels, the lymph circulates in the lymphatic vessels, draining excess fluids, toxins, and cellular debris. It is recommended in cases of:

• water retention, heavy legs, lymphedema
• cellulite and lipedema (accumulation of subcutaneous fat)
• stress, insomnia, immune system
• rheumatic inflammation
• eczema, acne
• sinusitis, migraine

Lymphatic drainage is performed with the fingers and palms of the hands over the entire body, following the direction of lymphatic circulation and varying the pressure. When lymphatic circulation is poor, the body can weaken and become toxic, which can lead to various health problems.

Kinesiology for adults and children

 

Kinesiology is a natural, gentle, and comprehensive energy-based approach to stress relief and personal development that aims to support individuals with their difficulties, needs, and questions.

It originated in chiropractic and is based on concepts from traditional Chinese medicine, neuroscience, reflex pathways, and neurophysiology. Kinesiology has many indications and benefits:

 

• anxiety, stress, headaches,
• physical pain, digestive problems
• fears, separation, loneliness,
• lack of confidence and self-esteem, academic failure, competitive stress

 

Kinesiologists use muscle testing to establish a direct dialogue with the body. In stressful situations, muscles lose their energy and "unlock"; in normal situations or when in a positive state, muscles "lock." This response of muscle tone to stress allows for an exchange of information. It provides access to the body's memory, helping to understand the cause of discomfort and find answers and solutions to achieve one's goals.

A session always begins with attentive listening and a discussion to gain a good understanding of the situation, then proceeds in three stages:

• setting a priority goal for the session
• searching for information and emotions related to the goal
• balancing to remove blockages

 

There are many techniques for rebalancing and releasing stress: meridians, acupuncture point stimulation, exercises, massages, postures, sounds, Bach flower remedies, chromotherapy, etc.
