Somatic therapy listens with great kindness to the pains and blockages throughout the body in order to restore meaning, fluidity, balance, and joy. Active listening is a key tool in this process. Touch by the therapist, verbalization by the patient, relaxation, and breathing are also part of the somatotherapy experience.

Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a medicine in its own right, considering the human being as a whole and in relation to the world. The laws of life are the reference point for understanding the patient's symptoms and suffering and developing a tailor-made natural therapy. The naturopath takes care to restore the patient's autonomy over their own health.
