As a federally recognized psychotherapist specializing in person-centered therapy, I have been practicing for several years at Cabinet des Berges, offering individual sessions.

I also take particular pleasure in working with high-potential individuals and those who have experienced traumatic events. Psychological debriefing helps to counteract the short-term disruptive effects of such events.

As an experienced professional coach, certified PCC by the International Coaching Federation, I offer support and guidance to professionals and individuals who are looking for a space to leverage their experience in order to carry out a project or actively move forward in their lives. I am a trained mindfulness practitioner and use creative coaching tools that integrate the somatic dimension to bring awareness and a change of perspective to my coachees.

I also offer a process called "English coaching" for those who wish to find their authentic voice in English, assert their professional identity in English, and overcome internal barriers to practicing the language.
