Jungian Analytical Psychology
 
Founded by Carl Gustav Jung, this is a method of psychotherapy that is useful for both short-term therapy (working on complex episodes) and longer-term therapy (Jungian analysis). The analytical process aims to consolidate the personality and gradually confront the contents of the personal and collective unconscious.
In addition to face-to-face dialogue, various methods are used, in particular dream interpretation, symbol work, active imagination, and sandplay.
 
Sandplay

Founded by Dora Kalff, this method activates the imagination while involving the body. Also very beneficial in adult psychotherapy, sand modeling and the use of figurines work on our bodily memories and address both psychological and psychosomatic issues. As Jung said, "Hands can often decipher a riddle that the intellect struggles with in vain."
