The psychiatric and psychotherapy services offered cover the broad spectrum of mental health disorders: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addictions, personality disorders, sleep or eating disorders, etc.
They also teach us how to resolve various problematic situations that disrupt our daily lives or relationships: exhaustion, loneliness, overwork, family conflicts, transitioning from one stage of life to another, separation, parental concerns, loss of a loved one, etc.
Taking the time to reflect, based on psychotherapeutic work, allows us to establish a new perspective on stressful circumstances and to energize psychological resources that have so far proved ineffective.
Psychotherapy offers to help open-minded individuals engage in self-reflection and harmonize their inner balance.
Therapy can be considered, either accompanied by significant members of the family or friends, or individually.
This issue is discussed during the initial consultation, depending on the request and the problem.
Once the objectives have been defined, the number of sessions can vary from a few sessions to longer-term work. The frequency and spacing of sessions are agreed upon together and regularly reevaluated.
The prescription of psychotropic medication, in conjunction with psychotherapy, is not generally essential. However, it can be provided if necessary, including complex polypharmacy.
Our services are recognized and covered by all Swiss health insurance companies (Compulsory Health Insurance) LAMal, by the vast majority of international insurance companies, as well as by a number of supplementary insurance companies.
