Located in the heart of the Vaud coast, Cave des Ruaz is a family-run winery. It owes its origins to Ernest Dupraz. In the 1940s, this enterprising man bought a few plots of vineyards and a barn at the bottom of the village of Vinzel, which he converted into a house with a cellar. In 1979, Jean-Daniel took over the estate from his grandfather. Driven by a passion for viticulture and innovative ideas, he gradually planted new grape varieties.

Fabien took over the family estate in 2018. After studying oenology, he worked alongside his father for several years. It is a great honor for him to be the third generation of winemakers at Cave des Ruaz and to continue this wonderful family tradition.
