"Cooking never ends"—it's my elixir of life.

I inherited my great passion for cooking from my parents. Even as a little girl, my thinking was shaped by the processing (cooking, salting, smoking, sausage making, preserving in jars, drying and pickling) of animals, vegetables and fruit grown on our own farm. The conversations at the table were exciting and focused on the raw products and their results.
Even as a child, I knew I wanted to be a chef! My winter attempts to fry a chicken stolen from my mother on an open fire were, as it turned out, a sign of things to come in my career.
My six appearances in barbecue competitions and world championships – and my victories in them – proved my true skill in a barbecue world dominated by men.
It goes without saying that top performance requires high-quality ingredients that are prepared with great dedication.
My constant endeavour is to make every celebration unique in terms of what is on offer and how it is executed, so that the host can relax and enjoy precious moments with family and friends!
