Raphael Gretener has been working as a freelance construction manager in Zurich since August 1998.
Gretener Bauplanung GmbH was founded in 2003 and has been supplemented since mid-2021
by Leo Gretener, architect MSc ETH.

We offer our services in the areas of planning, tendering, construction management, and construction accounting.

Our main work can best be described as construction planning. We take on a construction project in parallel with the implementation planning and begin with the tendering and scheduling.

By constantly monitoring construction costs and work processes, we ensure that cost and schedule targets are met. Our responsibilities include cost estimates, overall planning and execution of renovations and new buildings, as well as client consulting.

With Leo Gretener joining the company, we are now also offering architectural services in addition to our existing range.
