Samatvam Yogaschule Zürich

At Samatvam Yoga School in District 6, traditional, integral yoga has been taught since 2008 by six fully trained yoga and meditation teachers.
The program includes 15 regular weekly classes, as well as seminars, retreats, workshops, and yoga teacher training and continuing education programs.
All yoga teachers hold diplomas with more than 1,400 hours of training in yoga and meditation and have many years of teaching experience.
