At the beginning of 2009, Heiner Schaeppi and Daniel Thoma founded Primus Property AG, based in Zurich with an office in Aarau. The new company grew out of a large and renowned Zurich-based real estate service provider. All of the employees from the founding phase had known each other for many years and worked together perfectly from day one.

Our team of eight has a total of 115 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and combines cutting-edge expertise in marketing, valuation, development of new buildings, and construction of real estate.
