A SMALL TEAM WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
At the beginning of 2009, Heiner Schaeppi and Daniel Thoma founded Primus Property AG, based in Zurich with an office in Aarau. The new company grew out of a large and renowned Zurich-based real estate service provider. All of the employees from the founding phase had known each other for many years and worked together perfectly from day one.
We are proud to be able to offer you a comprehensive and professional service. Our team of eight has a total of 115 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and combines cutting-edge expertise in marketing, valuation, development of new buildings, and construction of real estate.

Our core business is the marketing of new construction projects. We work for major clients such as SBB Immobilien AG, Implenia Schweiz AG, Credit Suisse, UBS, and many others. Our clients value our consulting expertise, which we maintain at a consistently high level thanks to the planning and implementation of our own construction projects.

We have decades of experience in the field of real estate sales and are committed to serving the interests of our clients with sporting ambition. Whether in the marketing of large-scale projects, single-family homes, condominiums, or investment properties, we are very familiar with the specific characteristics of all segments.

We specialize in the sale of building plots, apartment buildings, and commercial properties, and have many years of experience in this field and an extensive network of investors. We analyze every investment opportunity down to the last detail and evaluate its opportunities and risks.
VALUATION REPORTS / DUE DILIGENCE
We value properties of all types and sizes, from highly complex real estate portfolios to owner-occupied properties. Depending on the task at hand, we use classic or dynamic valuation methods such as discounted cash flow.
