In Frutal’s confectionery production, selected and exquisite sweets are crafted with great care and love every day of the week, using only the finest ingredients and best raw materials. In addition to rustic and semi-white bread, we bake many other delicious items for you every day. Pure spelt bread and gluten-free bread are also available. Our fine butter braided bread is offered in various sizes and shapes. For special occasions, our bakers also prepare oversized and custom-shaped loaves on request. We also bake a special party bread for you, consisting of multiple dough sections as desired, with or without seeds. Meringue Production Each year, we process 35,000 tons of sugar and 20,000 liters of egg whites into meringues. You can also visit our meringue production facility. Sehr angenehm überrascht. Angefangen beim perfekten Service, über Wein- und Speisenangebot, bis zum leckeren Dessert, alles auf sehr hohem Niveau und dennoch mit lockerem Ambiente. Wirklich toll!

Es ist so gut, dass Rüfenacht nach vielen J machtahrren wieder ein Restaursnt hat. Es ist zu hoffen das Rüfenacht regen gebrauch macht. Die Wirtin Frau Hügli macht das sehr gut. Bitte helft alle mit die gute Wirtin zu untrstützen. Hoffe auf grosse unterstützung. Ein regelmässiger Kunde des Postillion.

Als regelmässiger Besucher dieses Restaurant auf ca 1'000 über Meer, sind wir jedesmal wieder begeistert. Die Ambiente des Eingang zum Restaurant mit Holz und Briquets als Lager für den Winter, ist originell. Was aus der Küche kommt ist mit Herzblut gekocht und präsentiert. Die Küche ist von hervorragender Qulität. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. eine tolle Terasse mit Blick ins Unterland und bei gutem Wettersicht der Alpen vervollständigt die gute Bewertung.
