Super service! Super pro ! Super sympa ! Un magasin de vélo sur lequel certains devraient prendre exemple. En pleine randonnée, en provenance d’Echallens, j’ai crevé mon pneu arrière à 5km de Payerne. En recherche Google, j’ai appelé Valevelo, le premier de liste. Bien qu’il n’ai pas de camionnette et qu’il ne fasse habituellement pas de dépannage, il est venu spontanément me chercher (vélo + moi) avec sa voiture privée. Outre la réparation impeccable, j’ai eu avec lui une conversation très sympa et j’ai bénéficié de bons conseils pour un « cycliste du dimanche ». Un vrai commerçant dans la version noble du terme.
