Vers l'équilibre Shiatsu

Rue de Rive 28, 1260 Nyon
ASCA and RME Certified Shiatsu and Dr Bach's Flower remedies therapist

My approach is holistic, emphasizing psycho-physical and emotional support, combining approaches from humanistic psychology (ACP, Focusing) with Shiatsu and Bach Flower Remedies for physical, psychological, and emotional support. Shiatsu is an art of touch of Japanese origin, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a method that aims to rebalance the body's anatomy and the circulation of its energies. It is practiced through pressure with the thumbs and hands all over the body, as well as through stretching and mobilizing the joints. It is a form of oriental osteopathy. Bach Flower Remedies are emotional harmonizers. They are very effective in cases of emotional disorders such as stress, discouragement, burnout, and anxiety, for example. It is also an effective way to support periods of major life changes such as pregnancy, exam periods, career change, menopause, divorce, or bereavement. PCA (person-centered approach) (Carl Rogers) and Focusing (Eugène Gendlin) emphasize the psycho-physical experience and emphasize the skills (resources) of individuals and their potential for change and empowerment. I also offer self-empowerment workshops that combine postures, stretching, breathing exercises, qi gong, and meditation with self-massage of meridians and acupuncture points. I consult at the Medical Centre for Women in Lausanne, in my private practice in Nyon and in St-Cergue. Maria Larsson Greppin ASCA and RME Certified Shiatsu and Dr Bach's Flower remedies therapist, recognized by complementary insurance companies.

Baud Yann

Rue des Eaux-Vives 77, 1207 Geneva

At the origin of the Feldenkrais Method: Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984): Born in Russia, studied physics in Paris. He was assistant to Frédéric Joliot-Curie and then to Paul Langevin. A pioneer of Judo in France and Great Britain, he specialized in psychomotricity problems. He taught at Tel Aviv University and made his method known through numerous courses and seminars in America and Europe, in particular at the Pitié-Salpétrière hospital in Paris. Yann Baud: Practitioner with a degree in the Feldenkrais method Embodied Life Certified Practitioner Composer Certified member of the Swiss Feldenkrais Association and MEfit Quality Label Practice in Geneva since 1986, in the form of individual lessons, groups, internships and collaboration with various institutions. The Feldenkrais Method: An approach to oneself and its relation to the world through body movement and attention. Through hundreds of different lessons, experimenting with the countless possibilities of human movements, the Feldenkrais practitioner offers the student movements that they are invited to explore at their own pace, in a comfortable amplitude, paying attention. to his bodily sensations, to his breathing, to his supports, to the effects of gravity, to space, to his thoughts, to his feelings, to the relations between the nervous system, the skeleton, the muscles and the environment in all its aspects. The Feldenkrais Method creates the conditions for "awareness through movement": when something in us perceives that what is being experienced is deeply interesting and meaningful, there is a harmonious change that comes from within and amazes us. What the Feldenkrais Method will do for you: The benefits of this approach can be numerous: better quality of movement and posture, more strength and flexibility, physical and mental well-being, better adaptation to stress and to life in general. By improving breathing, the body is better oxygenated and vitality increases accordingly. The kinesthetic sense is refined, the person becomes aware of the way in which his patterns are formed and can thus modify them more easily.
