About us Hintermann & Ruffini Ltd is a new venture, but based on a long-standing, successful past. The young company was founded in 2018 by Stefan Hintermann. He will continue the success story of Giacomazzi & Ruffini Ltd thanks to many years of experience in the timber industry and various further education courses. Our Team We can count on many years of loyal staff. Our motivated, competent employees, who receive regular training, are one of the main reasons for our success. At the moment our team consists of 15 employees, who are led by Stefan Hintermann. In detail: 1 wood construction technician HF, 1 technician - draftsman, one administrative responsible person and 7 carpenters / roofers. Our story The success story started 30 years ago in the Maggiatal. Giacomazzi & Ruffini Ltd was founded in 1988 in Moghegno by Dario Ruffini and is still a successful venture in carpentry and roofing. In 2002 the company moved to Avegno. The wood construction business has grown steadily in the new, generously sized workshop with office and was able to count a large number of architects and private customers among its customers. Since September 1st, 2018, Stefan Hintermann is responsible for the newly founded timber construction company carpentry Hintermann & Ruffini Ltd . An apprenticeship as a carpenter, many years of experience in the timber industry, several years of further training as a timber construction technician and construction management expert are the best prerequisites to continue the success story of Dario Ruffini. The architectural firm Angelo Vitali Sagl was established in 2001, operating in the field of architecture in both the private and public sectors, dealing with - Outline and executive planning; - Feasibility analysis, drafting of construction applications, preparation of executive plans and cost estimates; - Construction management and site accounting; - Work schedules, settlements and cost control. Given the good cooperation with clients in 2003, the firm extends its activities in the following areas: - Real estate appraisals; - Determination of commercial value, for private individuals, banking institutions; - Construction appraisals; - Energy calculations, verification of details; - Insurance appraisals; - Damage determination, liability assessment, for private individuals, insurance companies, public bodies; - General contractor; - Legal advice in construction matters.
