Founded in the mid-1970s, ECAP Solothurn is one of the oldest regional offices of ECAP. The courses offered are primarily aimed at migrants. They are based on the latest methodological and didactic findings and are constantly being expanded. It is low-threshold and adapted to the group-specific concerns (e.g. women, illiterate and unemployed) and realities of the participants. ECAP has been active in French-speaking Switzerland since 2007. The first regional office was opened in Lausanne in 2009 thanks to the implementation of a project in cooperation with the UNIA Vaud Trade union. As a result of the development of our activities, a second seat was inaugurated in Vevey in 2010 and we have further developed our field of activity and our educational programme. ECAP Vaud currently offers courses in Lausanne, La Chaux-de-Fond, Le Sentier, Neuchâtel, Nyon, Vevey and Yverdon-les-Bains. ECAP Vaud is an active member of the Coordination romande pour la formation de base des adultes (CRFBA) and the Vaud platform of French courses as a foreign language. ECAP Vaud has also signed a cooperation agreement with UNIA Vaud. ECAP Vaud is involved in several European adult education projects. ECAP Vaud has a small team of 40 teachers, working with enthusiasm and professionalism in an informal working environment. We give great importance to the exchange of views and mutual respect. Ich war fürs Sportgymnasium an der Feusi in Bern und konnte Sport und Schule wirklich gut kombinieren. Die Schulzimmer und das Gebäude sind modern und schön, die Lehrer waren cool drauf - auch wenn man wegen einem Trainingslager mal gefehlt hat. In der Klasse hatten wir es sowieso mega gut.

En tant que Responsable Production, j'ai fait appel à "Gafner Perspectives" afin de m'aider dans une démarche de formation continue pour un chef d'équipe de 40 personnes. "Gafner Perspectives" a étudier le profil de la ressource concerné et proposé une formation spécifique au besoin et à la personne. Les résultats étaient au rendez-vous. La collaboration avec "Gafner Perspectives" est facile et très agréable. Je remercie encore Monsieur Gafner pour cette belle expérience qui n'est que la première, d'autres viendront.
