PharmaDom is a pharmacy specialized in home hospitalization. Our services are available to anyone — children or adults — who wish to continue a treatment initiated in the hospital from the comfort of their home, surrounded by loved ones. PharmaDom ensures the delivery of all necessary medical equipment, medication, and clinical nutrition to your home — at no additional cost. This allows you to safely and effectively continue your treatment as soon as you return home. In close collaboration with existing home care providers, we do everything possible to support a smooth transition from hospital to home, provided the patient's health condition allows it. We place great importance on ensuring this transition happens under the best possible conditions — with speed, safety, efficiency, and cost transparency. All materials and medications are billed individually. Here are the main medical and pharmaceutical areas in which PharmaDom operates: • Intravenous antibiotic therapy • Hemophilia, hydration therapy • Pain management (PCA) • Specialized care (wound care, sutures, etc.) • Medication preparation (feeding tubes, personalized dosages, etc.) • Medical equipment rental : bronchial suction devices, infusion pumps, PCA pumps, syringe drivers, etc. • NutraDom : Our Medical Nutrition Service at Home • Enteral nutrition (tube feeding) • Parenteral nutrition • Oral nutritional supplements (ONS) • Support by medical nutrition specialists and dietitians All our services are covered by Swiss health insurance.
