Bin seit meiner ersten Brille vor mehreren Jahren Kunde bei Luxor Optik und habe immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Klar sind die Preise höher als einige der Mitbewerber, aber die Beratung ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Der ganze Betrieb ist familiär, aber trotzdem fehlt es nicht an Professionalität. Ich kann mir jedes Mal sicher sein, dass meine Brille von guter Qualität ist und es ihr an nichts fehlt.

Ich kann nur sagen: topp. Sehr kompetente, freundliche, einfühlsame Mitarbeitende. Man wird vom Anfang bis zum Schluss sehr gut betreut, so, dass man keine Angst haben muss von dem was kommt. Und die Angst hat natürlich jeder irgendwie. Lid Operation bei Dr. Köstinger super " über die Bühne gegangen". Schmerzlos, schnell, kompetent. Praxis sehr zu empfehlen.

Mit Freude darf ich nun meine zwei Brillen und Kontaktlinsen vom Hause Wegmülleroptik tragen. Herr Beer hat mich mit seinem Wissen und Person als anspruchsvoller Kunde voll und ganz überzeugt. Sei es die persönliche Begrüßung des qualifiziertem Personals und dann Begleitung ist lobenswert. Kurz gesagt: Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Könnte viele punkte aufzählen die zu diesem meinem Urteil geführt hat. Ich sag danke und werde wieder gerne vorbei gehen. Und zum Schluss gabs noch ein „Gudeli“ also ein kleines süsses auf den Weg. Suite à mes très gros soucis de vision (problème des conduite la nuit et en cas de pluie) et suite à des examens initiaux par Optique FLEURY à Bulle, ceux-ci m’on conseillé de faire suivre mon traitement par la Dresse CHAPPAZ, OphtaBulle. Aujourd’hui et suite à son traitement je n’ai plus aucun soucis de vision, journalier-pour lire le journal, pour conduire, ceci SANS lunettes.
