Espace MT / David Lynch Foundation Office in Geneva-Carouge is led by Leonard Stein, a certified Transcendental Meditation instructor since 1980. Espace MT offers Transcendental Meditation courses in small groups, private sessions (VIP format), or in companies. In just a few sessions, Leonard teaches you the technique, which you will then practice independently—ideally once in the morning and once in the evening. Ongoing support and coaching are provided to ensure the best long-term results. At the origin of the Feldenkrais Method: Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984): Born in Russia, studied physics in Paris. He was assistant to Frédéric Joliot-Curie and then to Paul Langevin. A pioneer of Judo in France and Great Britain, he specialized in psychomotricity problems. He taught at Tel Aviv University and made his method known through numerous courses and seminars in America and Europe, in particular at the Pitié-Salpétrière hospital in Paris.
