Pendant cet confinement dans la restauration on a essaye a nouveau notre restaurant favori puisque maintenant ils font des plats a l'emporter , on a choisi un bœuf bourguignon .... Un vrai regal! la viande fondante, la puree de pommes de terre avec ce petit gout de beurre, les legumes croquants et savoureux, bref de la cuisine faite avec amour , et le tout couronne par deux verrines , une aux vermicelles-creme-meringues et l'autre poire-creme-beure sale... a se réveiller la nuit !. Nous avons acheté des tommes et du fromage .fromage rien à redire par contre les tommes sèches inmamgeable.bien dommage je penses que les dates ne correspondent pas .chaque année nous nous y arrêtons c est la première fois que c est ainsi .qualité des tommes nulle prix trop élevé
