Leadership Coaching for Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed Professionals

Leadership Coaching for Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed Professionals who want to make clear decisions and lead with confidence under high responsibility. The focus is on self-leadership: inner clarity, presence and a mindset that remains stable even under pressure. I do not work on methods or self-optimisation, but on the inner foundation of effective leadership – so that decisions become clearer , responsibility feels more manageable and leadership remains calm and effective in practice. Our work focuses on the topics that truly matter in everyday leadership: confident decision-making , clear responsibility , inner stability and a healthy way of dealing with pressure . We work with concrete situations from leadership and business contexts and clarify what strengthens you from within. The goal is leadership grounded in clarity , confidence and self-determination. Key focus areas of my coaching: • Self-leadership & inner clarity: Develop a clear inner stance, make decisions more calmly and reduce doubt and inner pressure. • Presence under responsibility: Remain present, capable and self-directed even in demanding situations. • Dealing with pressure & complexity: Learn how to carry responsibility without constantly carrying the burden – and how to remain effective under high demands. • Leadership from inner strength rather than self-sacrifice: Lead yourself and your team with a system that creates clarity, commitment and self-determination. Your value: My coaching strengthens your inner clarity and confidence as a leader – enabling more secure decisions, effective collaboration and leadership that remains sustainable over time. Contact me for your individual coaching and experience the impact of true self-leadership. //www.kathrinkohlercoaching.ch Basel Basel-Stadt Baselland Bern Zürich Luzern Zug
