About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. For pizza enjoyment that simply does you good. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes. In addition to our passion for good food, we also care about health and well-being in general. We cooperate with various yoga studios, support football clubs, support the Cancer League and offer space for creative courses. LONG TRADITION HANDED DOWN THROUGH THE GENERATIONS

P-MEC Enterprise can boast of a long-standing tradition of producing component pieces for the domain of high-precision mechanics, a legacy that has been passed down from generation to generation since the previous century. In the 1920s, an engineer named Robert Warsitz, the grandfather of one of the current company owners, established the “Feinmechanischen Werkstätten” factory in Berlin. In 1942, the factory was inherited by his son, Erich, who was notably the world’s first pilot of a turbine aircraft. During the same period, Erich Warsitz founded the “Warsitz Werke Amsterdam” factory, which produced high-complexity and precision parts. Following World War II, in 1951, the “Machinenfabrik Hilden” factory was established and operated successfully until the 1960s. In 1965, Erich Warsitz decided to sell the Hilden-based company to later relocate to Switzerland. Less than a year after these events, his son, Eric Robert Warsitz, was born. Following in his father’s footsteps, he became a pilot and an expert in precision mechanics. In the 1980s, Eric Robert Warsitz founded the “E.R.Warsitz” workshop. In 1999, with the arrival of his current partner, Luca Ostini, it became the P-MEC limited company, now based in Barbengo (TI).
