The Mercato is an interesting marketplace for many people and many things—it brings together a wide variety of people and life stories: guests who want to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean food or legendary wood-fired pizza, customers who want to buy homemade pasta or enrich their wine cellar with one of our excellent wines. At the same time, our foundation aims to create a working environment for learners in which they can develop further and regain a foothold in the world of work after difficult periods in their lives. We offer training places and work placements for people who have undergone therapy, experienced psychosocial crises, or been unemployed for a long time. Migrants who need a career start enrich and complement the team of apprentices.
