LASER CUTTING

With our state-of-the-art Bystronic Bysprint PRO 4400 laser cutting system, we process steel, chrome steel, and aluminum sheets.

FINE GRINDING & DEBURRING

With the TimeSaver from the 22 series, which has a grinding belt roller and two counter-rotating brush rollers, we can deburr larger parts up to a width of 900 mm and even apply a fine finish with a fleece.

TROWALIZING

With our Walther Trowal vibratory finishing machine, a rotary vibrator, we can deburr parts up to a size of 100×100.

PRESSING

For sheet metal processing, the forming of the corresponding materials is a very important part of the process, because the targeted use of technical possibilities in this area can save a lot of time. This requires simple design solutions and high-performance machinery.

WELDING
In our welding shop, we process steel, chrome steel, and aluminum into assemblies.
The processes our employees have mastered include

· E (electrodes)
· Spot welding
· Stud welding

With certified employees in BT and VT
All welding employees are certified according to SVS/ASS
– We also have a separate CNS welding shop

  Steel: 0.5–3 mm

SAWS

To ensure that we are prepared for all eventualities and can fulfill customer requests as quickly as possible, we also have a standard range of pipes in stock.

FLANGING

Flaring refers to the bending of the edge of sheet metal using a flaring machine. This stiffens the bent edge or creates a connection between several components.

ROLLING

We use a 3-roll bending machine to round sheet metal into tubes or cones.
