Since 2002, we have been working to expand our production area and increase capacity for our customers by purchasing new machines. Our services in detail:

We use horizontal machines on site to manufacture precision components from virtually all important metallic materials. Biltec AG processes 100 tons of steel, a further 300 tons of aluminum, and 40 tons of stainless steel per year. In addition, we manufacture other materials into the desired parts at the request of our customers. To ensure the high quality of our products, we rely on modern machines. We use 4- and 5-axis milling centers for cubic machining. Equipped with pallet stations, we manufacture all desired components in the quality we guarantee and with the best possible cost-effectiveness for your company. The required performance is ensured by the use of stable horizontal centers in the steel and stainless steel sector. In addition, we use customer-specific clamping devices to guarantee quick changeovers when necessary.
