About me:

As a co-founder of iek Institut für emotionale Kompetenz AG www.iek.ch and a long-standing member of the iek executive board, I have had the privilege of gaining a wealth of valuable experience over the past 25 years. I have primarily worked in the areas of assessments, human resources development, and coaching, which has allowed me to get to know a wide variety of companies and organizations up close, often giving me the opportunity to take a peek “behind the scenes.” Above all, however, I had the opportunity to personally meet many different people and learn their life stories, which have significantly shaped my current perspective on individual development topics and interpersonal issues.

Through my new coaching practice, I would like to continue sharing these experiences with others and applying them where it makes sense.
