Founded in 1952 by Olga and René Coquoz, Restaurant Coquoz was the first altitude restaurant in the Portes du Soleil area. More than six decades later, still under the management of the same family, it remains a pioneer of local gastronomy. Conveniently located on the ski slopes, the restaurant offers gourmet cuisine incorporating local alpine plants and products into innovative dishes. It boasts a vast wine cellar featuring 47 grape varieties and 200 wines from 30 Valais vintners. In fair weather, the sun-warmed terrace offers panoramic views of the Dents du Midi, while on snowy days, the iconic fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.
