As one of only three butcher shops in Northwest Switzerland, we were accepted into the Prosper Montagné Club after a two-year evaluation process and recognized for our outstanding meat quality. In three separate evaluations, our nine submitted sausage products received six gold and three silver awards. Our own slaughtering and production guarantee the highest quality standards.
