Massage of the 5 continents:

This massage consists of 5 different techniques from around the world: Lomi Lomi, Californian, Swedish, Ayurvedic, Tuinia. I use 2 specific essential oil preparations and I combine them with the energy of REIKI through the laying on of hands.
The 5 continents massage is a slow, very powerful and deep massage on the whole body, which allows a better circulation of energies and brings inner peace.

Mineral massage: (Pebbles, massage stick, ball) .

This massage is unique and magical. The power of minerals through lithotherapy (rose quartz reduces stress, the heart chakra stone and the rock crystal purify and bring calm and harmony) brings you relaxation while gently. This massage is practiced on the legs, feet, arms, back and stomach, with warm pebbles.
