The four elements—air, fire, water, and earth—are my tools of the trade. When I give a massage, I draw on all of these elements that make up each and every one of us. Sometimes one of these elements stagnates or becomes blocked for various reasons.

Together, we will work to free up space so that the elements can exist and express themselves. Your inner nature needs to be connected with these elements regularly in order to maintain balance.

The massages I offer allow for deep emotional and muscular relaxation, release blockages, release toxins, bring energy, increase libido, and soothe the heart and soul. They offer a reconnection with oneself, breathing space, and tenderness for oneself.

They improve sleep and stress management and help you cope with a daily life that is often punctuated by information overload.
