The current firm has its origins in 1915 with the creation of the Gilliard et Godet firm, then in the 1950s under the name Jean-Pierre Cahen, and in the 1990s with the Paul Juillerat firm, which Lauro Lepori joined in 2012 to create Juillerat Lepori architectes & Partenaires SA. Aware of the requirements and wishes of project owners, our firm attaches great importance to the architecture of the project, adherence to budget, completion deadlines, technical quality, and, finally, functionality. With this philosophy, we believe we act as a valuable partner. Since the 1950s, we have worked on a wide variety of projects, including workers' housing estates, churches and religious centers, housing for the elderly (Val Fleuri and Val Paisible foundations), industrial buildings (Bobst, Sicpa, Serono), administrative centers and company headquarters (CIO, Bobst, Malley-Viaduc), sports centers (badminton in Malley, company sports center), and hospital construction (in association with the construction of the CHUV). More recent projects over the last 25 years include housing and subsidized housing, renovations, administrative buildings (restructuring of Tetra Laval, expansion of the IOC headquarters, renovation of the Debrunner building, municipal administrations in Epalinges and Cugy), school buildings (Collège de la Croix-Blanche in Epalinges, Lausanne Hotel School (in association with Architram), industrial buildings (Electro-Matériel and Elinchrom), the Olympic Museum in Lausanne (in association with Mexican architect R. Vasquez), detached houses, apartments in village farms, special plans (neighborhood plans and other specific services in this field, in collaboration with GEA J.-M. Vallotton and T. Chanard architects-urban planners FSU SA), expert reports and estimates. The firm has also taken on a variety of projects, either in collaboration and multidisciplinary associations, with a general contractor, or on a fixed-price basis.The firm is affiliated with the following professional associations: SIA, UPIAV, CSEA, and GPA Vaud.
