Individual psychology
I am an individual psychology counselor. Individual psychology assumes that our behavior patterns are goal-oriented. Counseling is about identifying the often unconscious goals of our actions and understanding them in their respective life contexts. This gives your current problem a comprehensible face that can also be changed. Counseling is about helping you quickly find your own good path through life! To achieve this goal, I also like to work with imagination, dreams, texts, images, etc. You decide what you want to focus on in counseling.
