Boucherie-charcuterie du Tilleul: your artisan butcher and catering service in Prilly
Boucherie du Tilleul has been in Prilly for over 50 years and was taken over by Blaise Morier in 1995.
Initially, Boucherie du Tilleul focused solely on preparing and selling meat and charcuterie products. Mr. Morier then took the initiative to develop a catering business.
In the butchery and charcuterie sector, Blaise Morier mainly uses meat from local producers, which the butchery team prepares using traditional methods. The result is a variety of terrines, pâtés en croûte, sausages, foie gras and other delicacies to delight your taste buds.
In addition to catering and charcuterie, the butchery team also delivers to various communities, restaurants, and daycare centers in the region.
