L'Abordage was created by Mr. Moulin, a renowned chef known above all for his foie gras. He created the L'Abordage brand and developed a range of gourmet products around it. He opened a shop in Lausanne, on Avenue des Alpes.

In 2004, the L'Abordage brand and this shop were taken over by two chefs, Mr. Wiehe and Mr. Trabach, who are passionate about gourmet pleasures. In addition to Mr. Moulin's specialties, they offer their own expertise by developing a range of ready-made meals and, of course, delivery and personal service. Today, delivery and the preparation of meals for home delivery represent the bulk of our business.

Building on this development, in October 2022 we moved into new production premises in Ecublens in order to adapt to current demand and standards and provide a modern working environment for our employees.
