Wine is very versatile for us:

The year begins in spring with pruning the vines in the crunching snow. In the summer heat, we sweat as we tend and nurture the vines. In autumn, we breathe in the unique scent of fermenting must and listen to the gentle bubbling of a barrel full of wine, losing ourselves in deep thought...
