Let us spoil you with our hospitality and enjoy freshly prepared food, wood-fired pizzas, or something to drink every day.

 

 

The inn has a dining room with 44 seats, a smoking room with 16 seats, a conservatory with 52 seats, and a dining room with 28 seats. There are also three halls (seating up to 150), meeting rooms, a beautiful garden restaurant, and six hotel rooms.

The restaurant is open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. The early morning coffee for CHF 3.20 from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. is particularly popular. The hot food menu, available from 11:30 a.m., is very extensive and features traditional Swiss and Italian dishes. We use mainly fresh, high-quality regional products in all our dishes. The Rössli specialties include various cordon bleus, meat from the hot stone, affordable daily specials, and pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Of course, we also offer gluten-free and lactose-free menus.

As soon as the situation allows, the popular dance afternoons with ever-changing live music will take place again on Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on the fourth Friday of the month, we will once again hold a Je-ka-mi Musig-Stubete in the hall from 7:30 p.m.

The six cozy guest rooms are simply and functionally furnished.

Always fresh

CORDON BLEU

Our cordon bleus are always freshly prepared using mainly regional veal or pork. Why not try the Rössli cordon bleu! With pork, ham, and gorgonzola. If you're feeling particularly hungry, we recommend the popular XXL cordon bleu (500 grams). We serve it with a choice of French fries, croquettes, baked potato wedges, rice, pasta, or rösti and a side of vegetables.

Selected meat

THE HOT STONE

We serve your choice of meat, seared on both sides, on a hot soapstone. The selected beef, horse, lamb, or pork, with a standard size of 200 grams, is finished off at your table. Hungry diners can increase the portion by an additional 100 grams. You can also prepare giant prawns on the hot stone. We serve the dishes on the hot stone with herb butter, Béarnaise sauce, and a side dish of your choice.

From the wood-fired oven

PIZZA

Enjoy our wood-fired pizzas as an appetizer, starter, small or large meal. The dough is freshly prepared every day. The basic topping consists of tomatoes, mozzarella, and oregano and is topped with fresh products. From the classic Margherita pizza to Quattro stagioni and Prosciutto ai funghi, our pizza chefs will fulfill your every wish. We also sell pizzas to take away.
