Cave La Vignolle / Saveurs & Nature is a family business born from the authentic flavors of chef Emmanuel Chassot. Born on a farm and having cultivated his love of the land for many years through arboriculture, market gardening, and viticulture. The entrepreneur began developing local products under the brand name "Saveurs & Nature," a local fast-food chain to promote his production.

Subsequently, the opportunity arose to take over the small family winery that he runs today. This allowed him to develop his passion for wine by producing more than 15 different vintages using traditional winemaking methods.

The fruit and vegetable production is certified "IP Suisse." The local products are mainly made from his own production or regional production. You will find: salad dressings, fruit juices, syrups, jams, soups, sauces, spiced butters, terrines, bricelets, brandies, and other specialties.

The vines are cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with Vitiswiss certification standards, with grapes from indigenous varieties ripened in the heart of the Coteaux du Soleil.
