Vegyoza

Vegyoza is a culinary homage to the Japanese dumpling. The name combines 'Vegetables' and 'Gyoza', highlighting the original vision of healthy, plant-based cuisine. Today, as a partner at the Coworking Lounge Tessinerplatz, Vegyoza offers a 'Symphony of Flavors' with an expanded selection of handmade dumplings. In addition to classic vegan fillings in spinach dough, the range now includes beef in white dough, pork in beetroot dough, chicken in paprika dough, and prawns in bamboo charcoal dough. All products are crafted in their own production kitchen in Rüschlikon using fresh, regional ingredients without preservatives and are flash-frozen to preserve quality and nutrients.
