Who we are

We are a team of professionally trained caregivers (FaBes) and those currently undergoing training (trainees, interns). Accompanying and supporting them in their training is a matter close to our hearts.
Our team is multicultural and we celebrate our diversity.
We speak German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

What is important to us

Childcare is a matter of trust. It is therefore important to us to create a basis of trust for each child and to recognize their individuality in order to provide optimal care for your child. Our goal is to be a place of encounter for the child outside of the family.

We want them to be able to make friends at the daycare center, enjoy everyday life in the group, and offer them wonderful experiences and exciting learning opportunities. The well-being and needs of the child always come first for us.

Good communication and transparency in our exchanges with parents are very important to us in order to establish a basis of trust in which questions, fears, feedback, and even criticism can be expressed in a safe environment.

Parents particularly appreciate our warm, loving interaction with their children, our high degree of flexibility, and our willingness to listen to their concerns.

We care for the children in a family atmosphere. Cross-group activities are important to us in order to strengthen the feeling of togetherness and enable the children to build a reliable bond with all caregivers.
