KITA BÄRLIS – "Your second family" – for children aged 3 months to kindergarten age

Our motto is "Your second family." We give your child a warm welcome, provide loving care, and support their individual development. We have a hand-picked team that has worked together for many years. Thanks to minimal staff turnover, your child can build a close relationship with our teachers.

Our warm and cozy premises have their own garden. Parents have exclusive use of a parking lot for dropping off and picking up their children. The tram stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

In line with our monthly theme, we carry out extensive outdoor activities every day. Every Tuesday is our sports day, when we go to the gym at Oberer Letten. And Thursdays are our world discovery days, when we are out and about all day.

We offer a wide range of activities to encourage creativity: music and dance day (with our music teacher Carolina), art and culture day (with our art teacher Nicoletta), forest day (forest hut), etc. Six months before starting kindergarten, the children attend our pre-kindergarten.

Children and staff at KITA BÄRLIS are served healthy, balanced, and delicious meals prepared by our own cook. We use only fresh, seasonal, and regional foods from sustainable and predominantly organic farms.

We are open all year round from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are closed for holidays from December 24 to January 1.

The main language at KITA BÄRLIS is German/Swiss German. VILLA BÄRLIS is bilingual German-English.
