Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit meinem alten Laptop und wurde von Elvis beim Wechsel hervorragend unterstützt. Er hat mir geholfen, das richtige Gerät auszuwählen, die komplette Installation übernommen und mich auch in den letzten zwei Wochen kompetent unterstützt, wenn ich Fragen zu meinem neuen Windows 11 hatte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt und ich werde mich auch in Zukunft gerne wieder melden, wenn ich Fragen oder Anliegen habe.
