Wir gingen ohne grosse Erwartungen an die Genussreise im Rest. Genussreise und wir wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Der Service, das Ambiente und vorallem das Essen waren fantastisch - wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen. Leute, die vorzügliches Essen schätzen werden überrascht sein. Formerly the winegrowers' house of the monks of Môtiers, the Prieuré de Cormondrèche has been a wine cellar for almost half a millennium. The chapel cellar and its Hauterive stone vaults are part of Neuchâtel's historical heritage. Our cooperative brings together small landowners who work the vines with passion, either as a family tradition or simply out of personal interest. The winery team provides advice and support to these enthusiastic amateurs, under the leadership of manager Claude-Eric Maire and head cellar master Laure Jacquier.

Loïs Auberson, founder of Julo Swiss Gin, began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of just 18. With a solid commercial background, he has also gained valuable experience in the funeral sector at the same time. Driven by a true entrepreneurial spirit, he has already successfully managed a company, which he sold in December 2022. This sale generated the funds necessary to make his dream come true: the creation of Julo Swiss Gin in March 2023. Passionate about Gin, Loïs has an impressive collection of more than 150 bottles, inspiring him to create exceptional products. All Julo Swiss Gin gins are made in an artisanal manner and in limited quantities in Landeron (NE), with high-quality Swiss suppliers. The alcohol used in the creation of these gins is also of Swiss origin. The company's name, "Julo," pays homage to Loïs' great-grandfather, who himself created a wine estate. This estate has today been managed by the family for four generations, thus perpetuating a tradition of excellence and innovation. At Julo Swiss Gin, we draw inspiration from this tradition to create exceptional gins that embody the art of Swiss distillation.
