For more than 25 years I have been working with enthusiasm and conviction in gastronomy. During this time I learned to appreciate the values of high quality and honest products. Today I work together with excellent producers from the region as well as from Valais. This allows me to serve you honest food and drinks. I am happy to welcome you to my place. With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. Mit Freunden das Silvesterangebot genossen. Alles aber auch wirklich alles einfach Hammermässig gut. Angebot, Service, Preis Leistung kaum zu topen. Silvester 2019 bereits wieder reserviert und Besuche während des Jahres sind auch geplant.

Super service, très bons conseils, artisans disponibles et agréables. Très bon rapport qualité prix, pas de surprise. Je conseille vivement cette entreprise que je n'hésiterai pas à recontacter pour d'autres travaux.

Des plats de chez nous réalisé avec soin, on sent que la cuisine est une passion. Le service traiteur ( apéro dinatoire) est une merveille de saveurs .... Bravo

Wir essen hier seit 2008 regelmäßig. Gutes Essen, guter Service. Wie bekannt, hat nun eine neue, jüngere Generation das Ruder übernommen. Und es war wirklich gut. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Und man merkte, dass das Essen frisch zubereitet war. Wir sehen dies als einen sehr guten Start in ihr neues Abenteuer. Wir werden weiterhin hierher kommen. Und wir sind überzeugt, dass die kleinen Dinge, die einige Kunden bemerken, nach und nach verschwinden werden, sobald diese überaus netten Menschen sich eingewöhnt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen.
