Alla Rana Rossa non si viene semplicemente accolti, si viene coccolati. Il team è di una gentilezza e attenzione straordinarie: ogni dettaglio è curato con passione e delicatezza, senza mai risultare invadente. Ma ciò che mi ha davvero lasciata senza parole è stata la loro iniziativa: sono riusciti a organizzare una sorpresa di compleanno meravigliosa senza che io avessi chiesto nulla.
