Leider wurde durch den Lieferanten der Gamma die vereinbarte Änderung nicht korrekt eingehalten. Die ganze Firma Gamma hat sich für uns eingesetzt und die Polstergruppe ohne wenn und aber zurückgenommen. In einem weiteren Besuch bei der Firma Gamma, bei dem uns Herr Gamma persönlich nochmals für eine neue Sofaecke mit kompetenter Beratung zur Seite stand, spürten wir keinerlei Verdruss, im Gegenteil, wir wurden wieder sehr kompetent beraten. Wir sind überzeugt und haben dies auch schon erfahren, solch ein Service und Verhalten wird nicht in jeder Firma geboten. Wir danken der Firma Gamma für ihr korrektes und kompetentes verhalten. Wir sind nun sehr glücklich mit der neuen wirklich superschönen und funktionellen Sofaecke, die wir mit Herr Gamma im Gamma-Haus gefunden haben.
